Bindu Records recently made its inaugural appearance in cyberspace with a new Web site at http://bindurecords.com. The site features in-depth profiles of founding Bindu artists Nobuko, Francis Awe, Charlie Chin, and Derek Nakamoto. Visitors can browse photographs, hear audio clips, and read interviews and biographies of the artists. The site also lists performance dates and booking information, and is the definitive place to go to get the latest news on Bindu's plans and projects.
Bindu Records plans to finish "moving in" to its site by the end of November. Once settled, the Bindu site will support a number of interactive features:
- improved audio clip samplings from a more extensive online library
- the use of discussion forums that will accommodate communication for Bindu's worldwide family
- the ability for visitors to purchase Bindu products through the Web site via encrypted online transactions
Bindu Records is excited about its new venture onto the World Wide Web and hopes the site will be of service and value to the community.
